Welcome. These terms govern your use of sunderfoundation.org (the "site"), operated by The Sunder Foundation ("the Foundation", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The site shares news, research, and stories about mental wellness, science, art, and culture. It is for general information only and is not medical, psychological, or professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional with any questions about a medical condition. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read here.

You may browse, read, and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse it — including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems, interfering with its operation, introducing malicious code, scraping it in bulk, or using it for any unlawful purpose. Staff areas of the site are for authorised users only.
The text, photographs, films, design, and the Sunder Foundation lotus mark on this site are owned by the Foundation or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share short excerpts with a link back to the original page and clear attribution to The Sunder Foundation. When you subscribe or send an enquiry, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and yours to share. We use it as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential personal health information through the site's forms.
The site does not process payments. Offers of financial support, resources, talent, or time made through the Contribute page are enquiries only; any contribution is arranged directly with the Foundation, and any tax treatment will be confirmed in writing by the Foundation.
The site links to, and embeds content from, other websites and services such as YouTube, Google Drive, and social networks. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California.
